Gabryl is great at his job and so helpful! Second time visiting and both times Gabryl was on shift and provided amazing service I couldn’t recommend this branch more. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! :)

We were served today by a gentleman called Alex. He was absolutely 10/10! Fantastic customer service with not only us but other customers. Extremely professional, passionate and a true gem. Max Speilman, you've got a keeper there! Don't lose him.

I have had my sons pictures done since I was pregnant, every month in his first year. Now every birthday and Xmas. Never had to book always a walk in even last year. Got my sons hair cut ready for his 4th birthday pictures to be told I had to book. Went to another shop and was told you don't book its just a walk in. So was not happy at all

In December, I submitted a disposable camera for development. I was told that the wait time could be up to a month due to the festive period and mail strikes etc. This is totally understandable. However, a month and a half later, I still had no contact so I phoned them up to politely ask if there was an update. The young man who dealt with my concern snottily told me that they had tried contacting me 3 times and were a few days away from disposing my photos. First of all, there was no message left so I wouldn't be able to return a call. Second of all, my receipt stated I had 90 days to collect an order, when confronted on this, the man replied, 'its on a store by store basis' in a condescending tone. Judging by his impertinent attitude, it felt like he was trying to blame me. When I collected my photos, a few hours later the same man was in store. He was dealing with another customer so I gave him time but 10 minutes later, he still hadn't acknowledged me. When it was finally my turn, he rudely tossed the envelope at me. Unfortunately, I can't remember the employees name but it was appalling customer service.

Visited today to get 3 key rings made and was met by Molly. She talked me through the process, made sure I was fully happy with the finished product and I honestly couldn’t have been happier to be served by anyone else. She was so smiley and friendly, knowledgable and I feel I left with making a new friend. I really hope I get to be served by Molly again! 11/10

So helpful, was understanding and explained pricing and sizing to me on a product I'd not had before. So friendly and helpful. I've been to many max spielmann stores and never had customer experience like, I received yesterday. Thank you.

Went in today after a Google search showed me a branch in Asda. I haven't printed photos off myself before and had a unsuccessful experience in a large high street chemists . Here I was given fabulous help from Stephanie. Her customer support was excellent and literally stood by me and assisted until I was able to manage myself . I will definitely be back and print off more photos . Well done and thank you.

Passport pictures taken twice and rejected by embassy. Unpleasant service man who should have known how the proper passport picture should look like not us saying the first picture was taken by a trainee and he wouldn't accept it. Second was even worse as too dark and he didn't even look at it and pointed to the machine saying that we can take the picture by ourselves not giving any envelope and bit checking the quality checklist. Do not recommend, go somewhere else.

Do not buy mugs from here!!! A mug I had for only 6 weeks the handle snapped off whilst I was washing it. It looked like it's made of clay or a sand mixture. When I took it back to the shop the managers attitude was Meh. Not our problem" and I'm now left with a very expensive broken new mug. Total rip off! Do not buy!!"
