I have recently visited the Dior counter in H Beauty. Each time I have been pampered by the gorgeous Lubka. She is so knowledgeable and patient. On the first occasion I went in to purchase some perfume. I ended up having a glass of champagne and the most gorgeous hand and arm massage. Lubka went above and beyond to help me with my choice and admittedly I did come out with the most gorgeous skin scrub as well! I was invited back by Lubka for a complimentary facial. On my second visit I received the same exquisite treatment and came away with more perfume (rose kabuki hair mist) and the most beautiful make up products upon excellent advice. Such a wonderful experience at a time when I needed some pampering. More champagne and everything was gorgeously wrapped. A real treat. I am now hooked and will return.

Super place. I visited the Dior section and was welcomed by a rather lovely and fabulous young man called Scott. I was spoilt rotten and felt a million dollars! Would recommend a visit to see him and the Dior counter. Amazing perfumes, like nothing else on the market. And the usual high quality make up and associated products. Just fab! Thank you Scott.

A lovely store.Looks sparkly and very high end.Well lit, lots of upper class products that you can't get anywhere else in the mall.Staff are friendly and helpful.There are a good range of make up and perfume/aftershave products on sale.Nice champagne bar.This store is situated on the lower mall by the fountain.Free onsite parking.

Really nice store that's not too crowded with displays where you can actually have a nice look at the brands they offer. I've found the staff at the Dior counter exceptional as well as the people who work with Tata Harper. Other commenters have said that they do have the same products at places such as John Lewis/Boots/SpackNK in the mall, however in my opinion they have more products readily available as well as more items from particular lines whereas the other stores may just sell 1 or 2 items from a skincare line. It's a store that I like to peruse when I'm at the mall but appreciate that it may not be to everyones taste.

Excellent store. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Zoe on makeup and Georgia on fragrances we're amazing, very helpful and patient. The selection of fragrances is mental Amouage, Roja, Xerjoff, penhaligons, Armani-Prive and loads more. Thanks again guys for a lovely visit. Keep up the good work

As a lover of the brand, I generally visit H Beauty for the Dior counter in this store. The counter is always well presented, the consultant's are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, the facial service is wonderful and it's a highlight of a shopping day to visit, and has occasionallybeen the sole purpose of a visit. The wider store has a great range of luxury brands, and the dry bar is always busy, so I would recommend booking that in advance. The champagne bar has been a delight each time I've visited, with all members of staff showing care and consideration.

Wow, what an amazing store! I usually find it very intimidating going into beauty stores, I visited H Beauty this afternoon and loved every minute. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, they all immediately made me feel at ease.There’s an amazing selection of makeup brands, fragrances and skincare too! It’s for sure a one stop shop for all beauty lovers!Thank you again for such a positive experience, will 110% come back!

Visited Gucci and Pat McGrath counters, really lovely and helpful ladies - felt looked after but not pressured to make any purchases. I was buying a Gucci foundation and was offered a sample pot to come with it in case I don’t like the shade, great customer service and fantastic selection of products!

This has to be the fanciest beauty shop I have ever been in. Lovely friendly staff, treatment areas, beautiful displays, and a champagne bar.

Nice venue. Salespeople are friendly and don't constantly pounce on you. Not overly priced as one might expect. Most goods similarly priced to other outlets at The Mall like J.Lewis.
