Got a caravan off Chris at Yorkshire touring caravans about a year ago! What a really helpful chap he is. Nothing is too much trouble, always willing to help anytime! My water pump went down this morning so I was there for 9am he had been there a while already and its Sunday! He had loads on but stopped everything, tested my pump, (it had packed in) and gave me another, tried it first, worked fine. 1st class service thanks so much! Very highly recommended. P. S. Stuck this afternoon, no water from taps, 10 mins on phone, sorted, had got grit in filters on taps stopping water altogether! So helpful, thanks again Howard.

Bought a cracking little lunar ariva at a good price. Fully serviced. Chris, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable as was his neice.I highly recommend West Yorkshire touring caravans if your in the market for a second hand caravan.

Bought a 2nd hand caravan from Chris in December and having viewed a number of others at other sites I was extremely impressed with the way Chris had presented the vans when I arrived. They were all serviced, washed, and vacuumed and ready to tow away which is more than can be said for the other sites we visited. We paid for the van and arranged delivery for another day. Chris was happy to drop the van at our storage facility for a nominal charge and once then van was delivered he gave us a thorough explanation of all the controls. We had a small problem with one of our locks and Chris promptly ordered and new and came back down to fit it. Working in a similar industry to Chris I appreciate good customer service and can only recommend West Yorkshire Touring Caravans if you are thinking about a used van - Thanks again Chris

I dropped my caravan off to Chris on Monday for him to service it -Along with a list of other little jobs I'd like doing. Chris inspected the caravan there and then and gave us a rough price.Weve just been to collect our van and must say that Chris and Stacey have gone above and beyond.Not only doing a couple of extra little jobs , but also explaining and describing everything to us in layman's terms. They are not out to Rob people.They are good honest people who take pride in what they do at a fair price.They are both very very knowledgeable and will answer ANY question you may have..We will definitely deal with them again

Absolutely fantastic! Dealt with Chris from viewing to collection, his knowledge is second to none, he is incredibly friendly and such a genuine chap.Can't praise them enough for the work they have done on the van prior to collection and would recommend to anyone looking for a new addition.Thank you!

0We bought a caravan from chris a few years ago now and he is the only person that myself and my husband will go to for everything to do with the maintaining of our precious van ,he has serviced it put new tyres on it ,and lately done a complete re fit of our front windows due to some damp .they also fitted a motor mover on for us .thankyou Chris and Stacey for all your help over the past years .Ian and Dawn

Great caravan dealer. Very friendly and accommodating. Bought a used caravan last month from Chris and it was fully inspected, all faulty/corroded parts replaced, and serviced to a very high standard before being passed to myself. Chris even towed it to central Scotland (for a small charge) and gave a few hour skills transfer" to go over all the operations including gas & electrics.
