Bought a car that developed a clutch fault, they agreed to fix it almost straight away and even gave me a lift home when I dropped the car off for repair. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a car with a good back up service they are excellent.

Bought a car 3 months and 10 days ago. Paid £1500 for it. Was told at the time that we had a 3 month warranty with it. In that time I've had to change the oil and replace 2 tyres (3 needed doing but 1 is drivable 3mm for now). The car didn't sound right (groaning and creaking) so my Husband rang up after a couple of weeks to be told it was to do with the power steering. ( it was from the back end) now the car has another fault light (Air pollution) rang the garage as I'm fed up with spending more money on it to be told that they don't offer a 3 month warranty.. only a 2 month ( both myself and my husband heard 3) and as it was a week out then basically tough. I get that it's out of warranty by 1 week but even so guys? Denied having a conversation about the noises etc and told it's what happens to old cars. Offered to take a hit on it and for them to buy it back at reduced price. No..yeah hardly a surprise. Would advise avoiding buying a car from them*edit to reply to comment*Haha you did not at all offer to look at the car. You point blank refused to do anything at all. We had not purchased another car at this point but obviously had to to replace the car you sold us. Obviously I expect to have to maintain a car ourselves and only mentioned having to replace two tyres as they were badly worn and needed replacing within a matter of weeks of purchase. My husband did call you about the noise from the car. You gave us a 3 month warranty and denied this when questioned and said it was 2 month. You refused to do anything about the car which we ended up having to sell at quite a loss as it wasn't just a quick £10 fix but you wouldn't know as you wanted nothing to do with it.

Absolutely shocking dealership. Bought a Vauxhall Astra for £2500. 2 months later car completely broken down. Engine overheating, radiator broken, head gasket gone. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Dodgy backstreet garage.

Small family business, friendly owner. Got a Type S civic in may '22 from them. Came back with honda report and got all issues rectified with no charge in no time. Great contact and affordable prices considering used car market these days.

Bought my first car from here, didn't feel any pressure and were really helpful when I explained I didn't know much about insurance, advised me to go and have a think and get some quotes on the car before I made any decisions, which I did and then I went back the next and bought it. Still got the car a year later, a few scratches (unfortunately all my fault haha!) but other than that it's been a trooper even with my poor driving skill! . My review is late because I've just taken my car for its MOT to the same garage these chaps use and it reminded me I hadn't done it, sorry chaps!

Bought our daughter her first car from here. Very fair and down to earth genuine. Gave us the car keys to test drive and left us to look. Not pushy at all. Very happy with the car. Thank you

Absolutely first-class service from a very friendly yet professional family business. I bought a vehicle from VMC after having a thorough test drive. The vehicle came without any warranty and none was asked for - I was extremely happy with my purchase. I decided to have the vehicle serviced by a local garage in preparation for winter and it was there that I was told that I had purchased a vehicle which unbeknown to myself or VMC had a serious and expensive to resolve problem. This was six weeks after the purchase date. Upon contacting VMC they could not have been more helpful. They had the car fully repaired at their own expense whilst keeping me fully informed on the repair progress. Ive had the vehicle back several months now and it is every bit what I wanted from my purchase. I cannot thank these people enough for the way they conducted themselves throughout this period. I will definitely be back next time I or indeed if any member of my family need a reliable-used vehicle and I will continue to tell people to have s look at Victoria Mill Cars if they are after another car. I Really like these guys it's a family run business and the cars are good I have had two cars off them now and they are spot on always good at picking up the phone the prices are spot on they have been in the trade for a while and overall a really good service.

Small friendly, helpful firm. Sensibly priced cars. Minor issue with car but dealt with very quickly, can't fault them. Thanks.
