I had a enquiry about a order and they were very well spoken on the phone and gave me peace of mind. The television arrived on time and fast. They used APC overnight delivery service and they were spot on. My only regret is that I couldn't travel to visit the store which would of been a good day out haha

Prices good but says on the website that they accept Amex when they don’t. I specifically checked they say they take amex before starting checkout. Then went all through the checkout process and even as I was I putting the card details it had the Mastercard, visa, and amex logo showing. Clicked ‘pay now’ only to be told that they don’t take amex after all. So frustrating and will buy elsewhere as a result.Update: on the basis the store replied almost instantly and owned the error I’m upgrading my review!

Recently I tried purchusing a hoover from them and paid for my purchase as normal. The next day, I received a phone call from sales asking to pay additional fees for delivery due to courier increasing the fees. What a joke this is and more importantly how unprofessional it is to ring back a customer for more money once a transaction has been made. So much for high customer service and professionalism when they talk about in our call conversation

I saved £300 when purchasing my Samsung RB38T602CWW fridge freezer from Beyond Television, cheapest quote around by far. The online order process was seamless and on the day of delivery I received an sms to track with a 2 hour time slot and courteous call from the driver 10mins before. The 2 man team were very friendly and placed the item exactly where I wanted it.Highly Recommend this company. Will most definitely be keeping an eye out on their website for anymore offers.

The website was clear and easy to use. The price of the Samsung Tumble dryer was competative. The payment process was easy. The delivery process was first class with two crew handling the equipment with care. The delivery was bang on time and the tracking system superb. I shall have no hesitation in using this company again. First class.

First time i bought from this company.Very competitive on price but what an ordeal.Needed fridge urgently and they coukd not deliver on the Monday as per my booking.Delivered 2 days later Was meant to install but said they couldn't.Delivery guys were in such a rush they broke the house sign when trying to get fridge in.Doubt I will use again
