The man who does nails at Silk is so rude!! He really needs to work on his customer service skills. The overall quality of the manicure was also extremely bad. I won’t be going back to be spoken to like that again and my nails look terrible.

This place is the Aldi of the nail world, it is exactly what it says on the tin. Great nails and no frills. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Do not come here, had my nails done a few times, they fall off and chips in a few days. The last time I went here I got a full set of acrylics, they chipped as soon as I left the studio, I came back and they laughed at me. Do not come here they are very expensive for very bad work!

Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had! I left the salon with no hard skin, cuticles, nails and polish done perfectly. Have tried many, many salons for pedicure and this one is tops. I also have my gel nails done there

They are rude- make you wait for a long time and the guy cut my nail twice so it bled. Two stars as when they do do your nails it lasts a long time.

Very happy with how my nails look. Get so many compliments on them. Very professional and accommodate walk ins which is lovely. Going back for a pedicure next week.

Worst set of acrylic nails I have ever had. The man who did them was rough pulling and pushing my hands and burned me with the tool several times. He did a full set in 20 minutes which usually takes an hour and the final result was awful. Nails are pointing upwards at the ends as if they're about to ping off at any moment. Do not recommend.
