I had some three leaking radiator value and two tapes to replace one of which was leaking. Jim work was excellent and really went out his way to find the time to help out at short notice. Really please with the quality of work once completed and excellent price. Also cares about cleaning up at the end of a job!

Brilliant company! Jim came round at short notice to rectify a boiler issue that was caused by another heating company. Jim was easy to deal with, clearly a professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Very hard to find a trustworthy and reliable trade company nowadays but Waterboys and Jim were seriously impressive. Will be a go to company for any plumbing or heating issue I have now. Jim came to look at our sons boiler and unfortunately it was uneconomical to repair. He was able to quote and install a new boiler within 3 days. Arrived on time and cleared up and apart from new boiler you would never have known he had been there. Very tidy, very efficient and politeHighly recommend

Absolutely brilliant!!! Very organised and communicative when booking the appointment and receiving quotes for the works. Prices were excellent for the jobs that needed doing. Service was brilliant and everything was left tidy and clean after the works were completed as well!This was my first time using Waterboy's services, Jim was lovely to chat to and have around whilst he completed the jobs. I could carry on with work and felt very comfortable with him in my home. Very professional and a genuinely nice guy. I will most certainly be using Waterboy P&H in the future!

Jim came out within a few hours of me contacting him to fix a problem with the pump on the water heater. He is very professional and told us the problem, how to fix it and gave us the price beforehand which meant we weren’t hit with an unexpected bill after the work was done . He had the new pump ready so the issue could be fixed without a return visit which again was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the job. Great communication and very thorough.

We asked Jim to come over and quote for some work we needed doing. He arrived promptly, and we had the quote the same day, as promised.He's just been to carry out that work, and we couldn't be happier. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He knew exactly what he needed to do and got straight on with it. The results were just as expected, everything tested and working, and he ensured we were happy before leaving. He tidied up after himself and left the areas spotless.It's great to see a tradesman take pride in their skill and work, and it shows through with Jim. We'll definitely use him again and would happily recommend him.

Really impressed by Jim & his team at Waterboy. Super-fast response times, excellent communications, and a friendly yet highly professional approach. Replacing our ancient boiler and cleaning 30+ years of sludge out of our central heating system was a hideous job, so we greatly appreciated their hard work, patience and attention to detail. Punctual, courteous, clean and tidy too. Will definitely use again!
