fantastic.i walked in off the street and didnt hav an oppintment was taken straight away very helpful and frriendly staff .it was the manager that took me cant mind her name and also done other beauty treatments nothin was a bother to her accomadating to all clients.good customer service .

Never had anything like this done before but got my back waxed which was in a pretty horrendous state. Elaine set to work but I only felt a mild discomfort, very pleased with the result and the after care advice. Would highly recommend.
