What a fantastic family run business I would recommend instavans and instacars to anyone, right from start to collection of my vehicle it has been a pleasure to deal with Mark and Connor, every step of the way we were kept informed and they felt with everything, so I could jump in and get on the road.Again couldn't recommend enough.Thanks guys

I bought a Toyota Rav4 last February, they brought the car to me and after a drive i paid the amount asked. Anyway I found the brakes were in a bad way, not working correctly. I replaced all pads shoes backplates calipers and so on. I contacted Mark who delivered the car to me and they refunded me £220.8 months later I took the car for MOT, I was told it was in a terrible state re the underneath and had to be scrapped.I contacted Mark and told him what the garage had told me, he told me that I being a ex MOT tester should have returned the car just after buying it.This proves this car was not inspected correctly be MG Cars and therfore i must have been driving about in a dangerous vehicle. I am gutted. This company needs to change the way they sell cars. I have lost thousands of pounds.Why would I or a car buyer be expected to shuffle underneath the vehicle to start tapping the chassis to see if it was not corroded especially after 8 months.

Contacted Mark for a very tidy and fairly priced Peugeot Partner earlier this year. Straightforward, helpful and easy to deal with at the time, and the same when I needed help a couple of months later. The van is excellent, would use again and would recommend to anybody looking for a used vehicle.

Bought a citroen dispatch last week very straight forward sale really good communication and great customer service, on inspection of the van it needed new ply in the back it was sorted within a few days and delivered to me would highly recommend and would use again

Just picked up my new Transporter and I have to say from the minute I spoke to Connor he was spot on, really friendly guy explained who the company were and how he was looking after the van side of the company, I spotted the Transporter and instantly took a shine to the van, Connor was very open and honest when all questions we had about the van, allowed us to take it for a test drive no issues, there was no pressure selling and no pushing to make the purchase, his approach and the van sold itself. Once I made it clear I was interested I noticed a slight ware and tear crack on the front bumper and straight away Connor arranged to have it booked in to the spray shop to have it sorted out with no issues at all. On collection of the van the bumper was sorted and looking top notch, all the paperwork and service book and breakdown cover were all sorted and ready to go. This is one of the easiest purchases I have ever made and will look to do business with Connor and Mark again in the future, very good experience.

After a day out and about in Yorkshire looking at vans. Nothing took my fancy. All either high mileage or covered in dents and scratches.Found instavans online. Gave them a ring about a citroen berlingo. Yeah no problem come take a look. Had a look around the van. Excellent condition low milage. Deposit paid. Instavans delivered it to me Wednesday night all paperwork correct serviced ready to go. Would definitely recommend these guys
