Darren was brilliant at getting me to relax and take my time to feel good about having my photo taken, which I was very nervous about. Time wasn't an issue, Darren just wanted to get it right for me. He provided multiple backdrops and I had lots of different options to choose from. Thoroughly recommend Darren to everyone.

What a nice chap Darren is! Made me feel completely at ease, no pressure and time was not an issue so i didn't feel rushed. I am thrilled with the photographs and there were loads to choose from. I would highly recommend Darren and Newcastle Headshots for your photography needs.

I went alone very nervous, like most people I hate having my photo taken. However Darren was warm and welcoming. He soon had me at ease and the shoot went really well. I never thought I would say this, but I actually enjoyed it. I also found it fascinating, Darren was showing me and explaining how the slightest movement can make a pitcher so much better. I would 100 percent recommend Darren. I do character comedy as Psychic Stu so it wasn’t what I thought as easy job. However Darren totally understand what I was looking for and achieved it. Darren is a star!!! I was after a good quality head shot for work purposes, as I only have a limited and very poor selection of pictures of myself! Darren is spot on as a person, and knows what he is doing. He explained the more complex workings of taking a good picture, why he was doing specific things etc. What I was really impressed with are the cues he uses to get good images, even if you have no experience of getting pictures done and/or don't like getting pictures done, Darren will be able to leave you with multiple images to choose from. I highly recommend!

Darren is absolutely lovely and it was a pleasure to spend a few hours with him. I needed some pictures for work and absolutely hate to be photographed, and Darren was incredibly patient and thoughtful in helping me relax.
