Really positive experience! Karen was very helpful in getting a prompt snagging survey booked in for us and Martyn's approach to property snagging was also excellent, pointing out a lot of things we would never have noticed. In the space of a week since requesting an appointment, we've had our inspection which lasted around 2.5hrs and had the report sent to the builder. Overall, we're very impressed with the service and friendliness and would definitely recommend.

Brickkickers were brilliant during my first home purchase. Both Karen and Stuart were extremely helpful and happy to answer all my questions on the process and what I should expect from a new build property. I was able to book the inspection at short notice and received the report quickly. I also received a call from Stuart to explain and answer questions on the inspection itself. Our Surveyor was Craig Wilson and he was brilliant from start to finish.Extremely thorough and professional and managed to make the process extremely clear.We received the report within 48 hours and we have already had a productive meeting with the developer to rectify a number of the faults that were identified.We would thoroughly recommend you use Brickkickers for an objective assessment of your new property and for some peace of mind.

Many thanks to Darren for a comprehensive and thorough check on our new build.He was helpful and has explained many items that have been missed on our home demo.I could not recommend Darren enough, professional and helpful, friendly and definitely the snagging survey was worth it as initially we were unsure and thought to do the snags ourselves.Very happy to have paid for a professional to do it as they uncovered a lot more snags then we could have done, also on the warranty tolerances etcHappy with the report and would recommend it to anyone buying a new build propertyDropped a star as all snags was assigned to Builder which made our job harder when we have different trades attending the snags and us having to sort each snag based on each trade.Ideally the snags should have been classified by trade: painting, electric, plumbing etc as it would have saved time and hassle.Also there were some visual snags that were missed and later discovered such as scratches to windows glass, shower glass not fixed properly to wall etc
