I went for a wake. Anyone could walk in, a turn was put on and bingo too. Disappointed. Barman nice and friendly and a good pint.

My local working man's club, a very friendly place to have a drink and socialise, cheap drinks, bar staff are friendly, sports is shown here and the club has a darts board, pool table and snooker table, live entertainment every weekend, singers on a Friday night with bingo and a karaoke on a Saturday night, also events are held upstairs in a massive function room which is available to hire for parties, receptions etc, disabled access is available aswell

Absolutely run down, need all the committee replaced and all the people running just 2 faced snakes, ones on sheilds road 100 times better.

The place has potential but the larger was cold but flat and couldn't hold a head. Bar staff blamed it being busy but surely a well kept cellar and lines could keep up with demand. Hopefully they will improve.
