Motability Scheme at Peter Cooper Volkswagen Portsmouth

Really disappointing. I'm a mechanic myself and I called the department for car parts said they'd get back to me but didn't. Called once again said the same thing... calling hour later turns out the car parts department is and was shut the second call , So why didn't the 1st or the 2nd person tell me during the calls. Unacceptable and unprofessional don't lie to customers or at least let them know that department is shutting instead of me having to wait for a part I needed desperately for a car to work.
