Very BAD After service, call the office to tell them about a leak under the boiler and the advise on the phone did not know the difference between warranty and guarantee? And only one year warranty on the installation from what I understood over the phone!Should the pipe’s be like this in under 2 years?What cowboys do the installation?

My boiler needed changing. Both fitters were knowledgeable and efficient. They did their job without any fuss and were informative as well as professional. Happy with the speed of response and skill. They called before coming which was helpful. Once on site, they assessed how to do the job in the safest and cleanest way possible. Definitely recommend their services at any time for any plumbing or boiler related jobs.

Very poor company. Installed a boiler, but damaged my property. Refused to return calls or answer emails. Did such a bad job, had leaks at my propery that damaged a carpet and ceiling beyond repair. Had to get another plumber out who recommended I report them to gas safe as it was a very poor job. Have been trying to contact the manager Saira for weeks but she will not return calls or answer emails now. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Obviously just about making money from the government, definitely not about customer service. Please go elsewhere for your own benefit.

The worst company I've even seen they shouldn't be trading at all, they hire contractors who are Romanian who don't know what they are doing, when you try to explain something to them it becomes a language barrier.They came to insulate the wall from the front and back took off my satellite dish and used plasterboard fixing onto the insulation to re-secure the dish, which came off and now no longer have no signal.They also damaged my soil stack flashing by forcing out the pipe and doing a bodge job using silicone to cover the gaps, removed the drain pipe from the roofline guttering and did not come back to fit it back on.Also they removed my alleyway gate which was supplied by the local authority, didn't put it back.There are so many flaws in their work which is absolutely horrendous, the project manager Hamid tried to call him so many times but he is not interested.This company likes to do a bodge jobs on residential homes across the UK and they try to claim the money of the government shame on you Berks Insulation.

Its the worst fraudulent company i had ever seen in my life. The guy called Kamran was sent to my house and did not turn up waiting all day long, received a call that he will come the next day. The next day waiting all day long, the guy finally arrived at 4:35pm and removed my working boiler but could not do anything else on that day. Went and disappeared for 2 days pretending that his van has broken down, Upon angry call to the company, I was told that they guy had to complete another job so will come the next day. The next day he arrived at 3:45pm.He installed the boiler and moved to another place for an agreed extra 1000 pounds. He damaged my glass pane, burnet the boiler controller, left dirty everywhere. did not remove the old vent, and 5 radiators were leaking when he left. he installed the gab hob as a compensation for the damaged glass pane but left in the middle demanding 40 pounds extra which i also transfered to my company account. now the oven can not be put because the pipe is blocking it. Now my whole heating system does not work.I complained to berkshire insulation and an old angry accented guy told me that nothing is covered.please avoid these cowboys. I am now taking to the court.

These two guys Munaf Ali and A Rahman, came early morning and worked non stop until 1.30 and finished the job without even taking a single break. Very professional, very polite and hard working, and cleaned afterwards before leaving. Extremely happy, 5 star

I would highly not recommend this company they are rogue traders, complaints department is a joke that’s if you can call it a complaints department.There sub contract the work out to unskilled unprofessional unqualified people, with no qualifications whatsoever ruin your property and don’t care.Unprofessional people no customer service skills, just money grabbing people looking to see how fast there can fill their pockets.Avoid them go to a reputable company don’t make the mistake I did, the owner should be disgusted with himself. All the negative reviews from my own experience are an accurate account of this company as I said rogue traders avoid them like the plague.
