Have used Mark and his team for numerous jobs in our house over the last 4 years - loft dormer conversion with new gable end, kitchen refurbishment, new bathroom, and most recently new garden. Without fail they are always extremely professional and do a fantastic job, also not too expensive either! All round great stuff and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We recently have had a loft conversion by MAWilson builders best builders on the Fylde Coast whole heartedly recommend. All the workers were very professional and answered all our random questions never making us feel uncomfortable in our home like some builders. Mark was always contactable what ever time of day. Our new room and en suite is perfect and all done with minimal disruption. Mark and his team have done previous work for us and we will never use anyone else. They turn up on time, get the job done with minimal disruption all at a decent price, what more could you want?

As total novices we plunged into a complete renovation of a terrace house in Lytham. Thankfully, we had Mark and his team to do the work. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they offered advice, were endlessly patient and all the team were a pleasure to have around. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
