Flawless! Is completely unprofessional!!!!!An, absolute let down!Why let me book an appointment in advance; then to tell me, “ sorry Hun I have another engagement”!! Without a care, as if it was my problem!!If that was the case; then let me know before hand, so I can rearrange! As this was booked for a special occasion!!However after speaking to other people that have used Flawless!! Expressed, their extreme disappointment, as their eyelashes fell out after a few days in there holiday!!! Imagine if this was for my wedding!!!Any new Customer reading this!! I would not book an appointment with Chantal or Megan!!!Flawless does not deserve; the decent custom of Stone.Evangelise are a much better salon and much more professional.Response to your response! Fantastic service, nothing is ever too much - I visit with a picture for ideas each time and both Chanel & Milly always get it spot on! Thanks ladies, see you later this week for my new nails :)

Chanel and Millie are so friendly...Chanel does the BEST eyelash extensions...my last ones lasted through a 14 day holiday...in and out of the pool and the sea every day!...came home and still almost perfect a week later..excellent..love visiting flawless..like a little family now!! X

An amazing local salon! I’ve always received a welcoming and high quality service, with such lovely and professional staff. I have had my ears pierced, nails and a lash lift done here, each time with amazing results.Would definitely recommend!

Not very pleased with my eyelash lift Monday cannot tell I have anything done expected Channel to do them also have to see channel about eyebrow touch up I must admit channel is by far the most sociable of the two ladies much more caring & friendly

Fantastic salon, very professional and friendly ladies....from nails to eyebrows to waxing they do it all and at a great price...I’ve been to a few salons in my time and have to say this one is definitely the best....well done Chanel and Millie, looking forward to my next visit xx
