I ordered some straps and buckles and had them shipped to Canada. The service I received and the quality of the product was exemplary. I have never had a shipment for the UK arrive in 4days from placing my order. This was the first time I ordered from J.Wood and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. I don't even get local mail delivery that quickly. Thank you to Tom, Amy and Liz for making my life so much easier.

I have ordered various leather hides, numerous times in the last 3 years or so, with J.Wood. Without exception, the leather is actually better than described (I use the economy grade for my jobs), and delivery is always very fast. On that note, if their economy grade stuff is this good, their higher end ones must be amazing! Today (12th June 2023) I accidentally completed an order without adding another item (to save on postage). I contacted them to request a refund (so that I could then order my 2 items, leather and dye). Within minutes, I received a very courteous reply from Amy, and it was done for me right away. I don't think I've ever had that speed & efficiency of response from a supplier before, regardless of the product. Their customer service really is second to none. This is why I stay with them. I really can't see their products and overall service being beaten!

Excellent service and quality of reindeer rug. Very impressed with their customer service, and absolutely love my reindeer rug, as does my dog!

As a regular buyer for a year or so, I am very happy to endorse this company as an excellent supplier. Products are well updated (can't stand it when you try to buy an item, only to be told a few days later it's sold out... you know who you are...). The hides are top quality and exactly as described. Shipping is reliable and fast. Customer service is discreet and efficient. Pricing always seems fair. I would love for all my suppliers to be like them, but happy that at least they are.
