Topps Tiles Chelmsford - Superstore

The most inefficient and stupid staff that I ever meet in my life, he say he can not serve me even when I'm a trader without telling me that I have to register online before. Plain idiots, first and last time I visit the store.

We visited Topps Tiles at Springfield on Thursday and were very pleased with the staff's professionalism. The service was excellent and Sean couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent service received from Luke. From a friendly hello and allowing us to look around with out being pounced on or feeling pressured. Helped and advice given as well with what products work well (grout trimmings ect) definitely recommend

Visited the store yesterday to purchase some adhesives for my floor tiles, the idiot refused to sell me the adhesives if I don't buy a special membrane costing about £400 a roll as otherwise my floor won't be stable enough for tiles. I have done all the prep work on my new screed and I felt I was being tricked into buying additional items which I did not think was necessary. I appreciate the advise given, but as a customer i take the decision and am responsible for that. The pony tailed staff at the store is a complete idiot for refusing to sell me 10 bags of adhesive. Got them from next door store where I received super customer service and free bags of adhesives too!! Topps Tiles, get your customer service sorted, it's none existent in Chelmsford Springfield store.
