I’ve been letting my flat out via Romans for the past 2 years and I’ve been very happy with the service. Mo from the management team provides an exceptional service, he is responsive, keeps me updated on the progress and helps to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We would like to thank both Devon who helped initially with my daughter's application for a property and Khurum Shazada who helped ensure all the paperwork was in place and when we had a few sticky moments, they were dealt with by Khurum quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. Moving can often not run as smoothly as you hope, but this team quickly irons it all out for you..so you can relax! Would recommend :-)

We were moving house to West Drayton, and were lucky enough to be assisted by Khurum Shazada. He was absolutely professional, understanding and helpful. Khurum always kept a good communication, and went extra miles. We had a big issue with the internet in the property. Instead of pushing us, he tried to contact others to help us tackle the issue. He was always there to answer our questions so quickly, kept us updated with the process. I am very pleasant with his work. He was the best property manager that I have ever worked with.

Five stars for the assistance I received from Mohammed Rajpute. He was always quick to respond to requests, and was very diplomatic as a mediator between me and a difficult landlord.

We had just moved in this days as we are a  big family, and was strugling for 4 months to find a good place which has to be a new home for us which suits our requirment. And that was finally got it through Khurum and Melanie and their team. Had requested to Khurum when went for viewing is it be possible to move in with a 7 day with necessary requested work to be done, and Khurum made it happened, and always communicated through phone calls and email of progress till we moved in, even gave proper advice and sugestions for procedure if garbage dispossal as we were new to this Borough system was diffrent from where we moved out. And Melanie too clearly comunicated through emails all the paperwork. Really hats off to this Romans team. What a teamwork, Really Appreciate and Thanks.
