Extremely bad service. There no point in using their website as you will not find the information you need and don't even bother calling because no one will pick up with the 1 hour time slot they have for visa enquiries. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

Absolutely fantastic service and staff. I've been applying for Schengen visa for over 15 years, my experience with Czech Embassy in London has been the best so far.They are very quick and responsive. They welcome you and try to help you at the embassy, best possible way they can.They were aware of my case and limited time I had, so they did their best to get me my visa in time.Truly grateful forever. A individual called Michaela C. that also has left a 1-star review on the embassies site has been identified as the new girlfriend of the ex partner and father of her childrens of a business owner. The indvidiual Michaela C. is targeting the businesses and violating the leglislation and causing reputational damage.Please be aware that this type of behavior is not only unethical but also illegal. As a result, we have no choice but to consider legal action to address this matter with the individual Michaela C.. I kindly ask you to get in touch with me to confirm her identity as legal action will be taken against her.Google is in the process to conduct an inquiry to identify to further provide details about this individual responsible for these actions, as they have had no prior interactions with the company.

WHAT A JOKE!Not answering emails, website really hard to navigate and has ZERO information, impossible to talk anyone on the phone and if you do get a chance to speak to the reception by pressing random numbers in the phone menu, you will be given zero information or phone numbers with German speaking automatic machine or phone numbers that don't exist.Went to register to vote in the CZ presidential elections in the UK because I am unable to fly to Czechia to vote. It took about 20 different papers I had to fill by hand to get registered. I've been then told I have to use Royal Mail to get my voting ID because they don't know when I would be able to pick it up in person.Went for the Royal Mail option and obviously they sent my voting ID to my Czech address in Prague.Am I able to ring them about this to get my voting ID so that I am able to vote? NOPE.

Absolutely horrible woman on phone...never experience anything like that!she's there for many years always have problem with her. Choose to speak in English and she say no only Czech....why there is options when they are ignored she need ms to be fired.

Rude receptionist. Declined to speak English while I have chosen to communicate in EN. Declined to route me to a corresponding department. Declined to understand why I was calling the embassy. All of this while I was having an emergency as a Czech citizen abroad. Horrific behaviour that can cost death. This is an embarrassment to the title CONSULATE. Waste of taxpayers money. Smells of old sickness. Please clean up your embassy.

I had a great experience at this embassy. they gave me a Schengen visa in less then 1 week processing time. The visa officer would personally call me if she had any queries and they also gave me a long term visa which i was not expecting. so would recommend

Went to get VISA for my boyfriend, everybody was sooo lovely. First time at any embassy and I had this idealistic image in my head, that embassy is here to help people, which was confirmed after this visit. Thank you so much for your help♥️ such welcoming and warm staff♥️
