I can’t praise highly enough the customer service I received from Horizon Honda Christchurch, particularly from Brad Halls who dealt with my purchase of a used Honda Jazz from initial enquiry right through to taking delivery of it.Brad was courteous, professional and efficient every step of the way; nothing was too much trouble for him. On delivery day he took time with me to go through everything so that I was happy, and answered knowledgeably any questions I had.A big shout out too to the valeting department who made the car look like new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Horizon based on the 5 star service and customer care experience that I received.

Even though I didn't go through with purchasing the vehicle, the team here were worth writing a review about.Firstly, Brad (salesman) was great, professional, concise, efficient, super chill and helpful. He offered me a great value for Part Ex (thanks to the Sales manager here too) and offered thoughtful advice on servicing and warranty plans. He was not pushy at all with the sale and in fact stated he'd only want me to purchase the vehicle if I was 100% satisfied.I drove 2.5hrs but didn't feel like it was a waste of time as it was great to still see wonderful people offering a great service to customers.

A very good dealership who we have dealt with several times. We have purchased 4 cars from them and use them for servicing and MOTs. Staff are always attentive and helpful.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, there's an area where can relax while you wait you can enjoy a coffee or tea with a biscuit which is kindly made for you. A big thank you to Greame for helping us get the car we wanted we are absolutely thrilled with it and thanks to the garage team for making it look like new. Highly recommended.

I have recently purchased a Honda CRV from this dealership and all I can say is how absolutely fantastic the whole process has been. The whole team have been excellent but I have to say Brad Halls is a credit to the company, his pre-sale, sale and after sales service has been impeccable. I would highly recommend anyone looking at getting a new or used car to go an speak to Brad, you really won't regret it.

Great service, particularly from the staff on the service desk...polite, courteous and helpful, made my wife feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend. Just as a side-note the showroom does feel a bit sterile and could do with a bit more atmosphere?

I did click and collect ,the sales experience was great, all done on email and a phone call, I dealt with Daniel Worsdell who was extremely helpful. He was prompt and polite on email, I part exchanged my old car by sending the pictures via email. I now have a great Honda civic tourer which I love. I would definitely recommend this firm,thankyou to Daniel from sales and Rebecca from the service department. 10/10.
