I went for a tattoo and staff was really friendly and Anne did an amazing job so happy with what i got even got given a fidget toy to help keep me calm totally recommend to go here if you have adhd or autism

I went here for helix piercings but I've had constant trouble with them since. The staff were kind, it was not a bad experience in the shop but I don't believe the piercer gave me great aftercare or properly knows how to take care of helix piercings. Two months into healing I kept having trouble with irritation bumps, so I contacted the piercer and was told to switch the jewellery to hoops, which I've since learnt through doing research that it's a really bad idea to use hoops for healing helix piercings since it puts you at more risk for infection - I also found out that you are supposed to get your piercer to downsize the jewellery after a month to help prevent irritation bumps, etc, which I was not told by the piercer. I'm now in the position where I've been told my piercings were either pierced at a bad angle or have migrated into a bad angle, maybe even both, which is causing them constant irritation bumps, and most likely I will have to remove all three of them, which ultimately means I've wasted £75. I feel really frustrated.

Had my first tattoo here last week, and the guys were both so friendly and relaxed. Came in with a pre-planned design and Jacob did an amazing job with it. Absolutely love it. Would highly recommend these guys.
