Has a really good start dealing with Walker’s windows made our new front door to exactly how we wanted it. The end and the finish unfortunately has been appalling, we still have an unfinished door and have paid alot for the work as was guaranteed would be good. After varies emails and calls and being told someone will sort we have heard nothing back they have there money and the customer service has been forgotten about. I was pressures into paying by the fitter before he would leave my house, I am heavily pregnant and this was not a nice situation to be in. See below photos foe the standard of finish they call to be good a job.

We had walkers windows fit our patio doors in June and when we needed a new external front door we decided to go with them because we were so happy with the previous finish. The door is good quality and walkers windows offers excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for the third time if needed!

After a previous bad experience with a salesman that has now left I don’t have a bad word to say about walkers. They did everything they could to change my opinion from Iain coming out to provide a quote to Phil, Stuart and Peter installing the windows. They have installed them to a very high standard and always let me know any issues that they had. They were polite and always cleaned up after themselves. It was very much appreciated can’t recommend them enough.

Finally able to post a review after losing my password. Had a replacement conservatory roof in summer 2022 and was delighted with the experience. Sadly I've forgot the name of the 2 lads that fitted it but they were amazing. Every day they cleaned before they left. They were very knowledgeable and professional and did a superb job. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Walkers windows. Good price and payment options too.

Excellent from start to finish, We had a very nice Design consultant Paul Skirrow who spent lot of time going through everything showing us what type of glass would go in the bathroom to what windows and doors would look good , Glad we went with his advice cheers Paul, The Fitters came on the day and time we were told, they also did a top job, we left them on there own to get on with it great set of lads jack and pete thank you.Would highly recommend Walker's for Quality windows and doors.

Excellent service from start to finish. Was genuinely impressed with how easy it was to work with Walkers to get the desired products. No pushy sales and easy options to choose from. Gave me recommendations in line with FENSA so had to slightly change my design post order but no additional charges. Love my new door! Some confusion with the sales process but this was sorted quickly by the company. The installation team and time scales for fitting were great in meeting my requirements. Would consider using the company again in the future and recommend to friends and family.
