Flint Bishop LLP

Was asked to supply details of a former tenant so they could pursue a debt collection on them. I called and was put through to possibly the rudest woman I've spoken to. Very aggressive mannerism, proceeded to tell me what the tenant owed (whilst that b3ing none of my business and possible protected by GDPR.) I WOULD ONLY COMMUNICATE VIA MAIL/EMAIL

Terrible!Having used most of the solicitors in Derby for house purchases over the years, I can confirm that Flint Bishop are the worst by a long way.Their staff, even to head of dept. level, were slow and unprofessional. I was refused communication & support throughout the process and regularly had the phone put down on me or fobbed off with excuses. Even after escalating the issues or trying to impress urgency, little to no work was done to sort the mistakes they had made or improve the situation they had landed me in.A simple auction purchase, that should have taken a few weeks, ended up taking over 6 months due to the staff at Flint Bishop putting the searches in for the wrong address, then trying to blame the council, then not completing official forms to the correct standard or in time, finally even down to the day of completion their official communications were late or missing key info which further delayed the process.Eventually I had to do most of their work myself and liaise with all the parties involved to get the house purchase over the line, but still had to pay Flint Bishop full price which was far too much given the service received.Overall I would strongly recommend avoiding their service (or lack thereof).Reposting this as my original review was deleted

I would give 0 if I could... I've paid an outstanding debt to their clients, very small amount of money, after receiving the letter for owing that money about 10 days after the date on the letter.. I've told the man on the phone that I've paid it and told him the account details I've paid it to and how much it was but he kept harassing me in an unprofessional manner to give him an evidence.. my bank app does not allow me to take screenshot for security purposes... advised him to call HR payment services at the company and confirm with them but he kept telling me he needs a proof... Definitely a company NOT to approach if I need solicitor's services one day...

I ve used flint bishop through my insurance. For trafic accident and i gat charged for careless driving. Because flint bishop doesnt handle the this type of case i had to hire lawyer JENICE HALL from DAVID GRAYAfter winning the court case JAKE BLAND told me to its no point to persue and closed my caseI really wish i could of gone somewhere else JAKE BLAND handled my case and i never had a even phone call, email or text. I had to ring him every week so what is going on.Now i am out of pocket £1000sAll i would ask who anybody use this useless law firm be very carefull
