Excellent service only too happy to help. When I needed to identify a particular roof tile the Hanwell branch did so and located the type I required from the Leighton buzzard site. Who confirmed what I required via WhatsApp Took the time out to search the yard for me and sent me pictures of the elusive tiles. I can't recommend them enough.
