I'm not addicted to alcohol, but... If you even think your alcohol consumption might be a bit of a problem or you'd like to 'just drink less' or maybe give up completely... Speak to Liz. I felt like I might be alcohol dependent, but just for a few drinks. It was hardly a health issue, but I was curious as to why I thought it was a 'bit of an issue'. Part of me would like to ditch that last bit of social drinking (with a meal). Part of me wanted to still enjoy a glass.Liz used a new approach with me.
