They do fantastic hair cuts but on many occasions I have had to wait 2 hours and have waited up to 3 hours and I have just walked out, need more than just one barber in for such a popular place. On many occasions the barber has put people in front of me because of “he has short hair” or “he’s been waiting longer” when he hasn’t.

It was OK. A Nigerian barbershop, run by A Nigerian, in Sunderland.That wasn't expected. There were also few Nigerians and one none Nigerian African waiting to have their hair cut. I think Swav customers are mostly Africans.

Last minute hair cut before a holiday had to wait a bit but got a great haircut and nice barbers. Would go back when in Sunderland

Please have an appointment booking system in place, even if it means people get to pay in advance. The current system of waiting an eternity in your salon to get a haircut is not the best, especially for very busy people. You can put this in place while still having your walk-in system available for those who like waiting. Thank you.

Excellent haircut, very skilled work. Best 'curly hair' hairdresser we have found in the whole of the UK! He took time to ask questions and make sure he gave my son the cut he wanted. Great value for money. We will definitely return.
