Driver apparently couldn't find a property on a main road that every other delivery service can find. You can't even then contact them to direct them. Useless and unreliable!

Awful company, lines of communication completely inept. Call lines completely automated and even email. I've lost £100's due to this company, my stock stuck in Wigan because I can't speak to or email anyone in order to redirect to Cornwall, absolute disgrace. Karma will be the judge.

Terrible terrible service, the way they run this company. You get a ticket through door, no way to change next attemp delivery on there poxy App. Then you eventually speak to call centre and they can't tell you actually where your parcel is. Pathetic.

Parcels always arrive eventually, and are never damaged. But every single parcel is delayed. It regularly says it’s out for delivery but then doesn’t get delivered and instead gets delayed another day or two. If your FedEx tracking says delivery is due on Monday, don’t expect it to arrive until Thursday or Friday, even if the sender paid for two day delivery, it will never turn up in the scheduled time. It would be better if they were realistic about the delivery date to start with as it makes it incredibly difficult to run your business when items you expect to arrive on a certain day don’t turn up.Unfortunately, there’s no way to communicate with them in the meantime as the phone numbers don’t go through to people and the emails don’t get responded to.

Unsure why they make it so hard to engage with them. The Ap doesnt work, the phone numbers they provide are out of date, the phone lines when you do get through are unmaned and automated. If the delivery drivers could actually write clear so that you could read the tracking number it would make such a difference. Trying to arrange a re delivery is just about impossible.

Useless company cannot will not deliver. Does offer tracking but not in the UK! I'd like to collect my parcel. You text me telling me its coming. Nope! Lies

Dreadful serviceItem Got from Warrington-to Launceston in under 24hours but took four days to do the last 20miles Number for Fex Ex incorrect when I tried calling to find out about delays when delivery date shown on tracking had passed . Automated phone assistant required my account number ( don’t have one as I am recipient) or that I entered 0 . Entered 0 - which automated assistant didn’t recognise Comedy of errors would never use Fed Ex

Fedex have held my parcel now for over 7 days. every day says out for delivery on tracking. still not received. they lie and say they have tried to deliver. no way of contacting a human being JUST WANT MY PARCEL !!!!!!! this has to be THE WORSE COURIER

A signed for post was missed due to poor notice. Extremely difficult to contact and found my missing post impossible to get redelivered on their site. Will not use again. Would not recommend.
