Expensive (unsurprisingly), but good products, more refined and better quality than your typical gift shop. In terms of service though I expected better : the staff member who took care of me at the jewellery counter was really untrained, botched my gift packaging, and it felt like he was a bit lost (he was very nice though, the problem's not with him, it's with the visible lack of training).

What an experience. The most lovely and helpful staff, so polite. Attention to detail was next level, also with their appearance. Again, the best experience I've had in a shop.

Love spending time in here and finding things to buy. Lots of reviews complaining about the prices, what do you expect? Go elsewhere if you don't want to spend the money. It all goes towards conserving the history that we have and not to the RF like some suggest.

It is a souvenir shop devoted to the Buckingham Palace. In the crockery section, there are some finest crockery, mainly of Victorian design. These possess the emblem of the royal family, and thus, the prices are exorbitantly high. I could not find something which would be representative of my visit to Buckingham Palace, but at the same time very convenient and reasonably priced. I liked and bought the album on Queen's collection of Leonardo da Vinci. The shop is very neat and clean, very posh.
