After a few problems getting in contact (which it appears may be due to my email address bouncing unfortunately), I received a phone call from the owner, and can say that the company is very helpful and that they have been trying to get in contact with me to resolve my issue. In light of this, I feel I must change my review to that of 5 stars as they took the trouble to get in contact with me out of hours, and I can understand they must have been as frustrated as I was!

Ordered an aquarium and various other items that were all in stock. Received a phone call the next day, saying that the aquarium I ordered was now out of stock, but they could offer me the next size up with a discount (but I'd still need to pay the extra money). After a bit of searching around on the internet, I found the same aquariums available on the manufacturer's website for sale, at a significantly lower price! I promptly turned down their offer and cancelled the whole order and received a full refund. Purchased a different aquarium elsewhere at a much lower price

Used this company before no issues , but this time my order has not turned up , paid extra for quick delivery I cant contact them as they say the ' phone lines are closed , phone back on Monday' I phoned on THURSDAY and on website they are open ,3 emails no reply . DON'T waste your time or money , which I will be seeking refund .They have my phone n0s

I ordered a fish tank from Rocket Aquatics on 15th April which arrived today. I was slightly disappointed initially as it did not state on the website that the item was not in stock, I believe it was ordered in and then dispatched once in stock. Due to current situation of Covid 19 with businesses not running normal hours this took slightly longer than expected. On a possitive note every email I sent to Rocket Aquatics was replied too quickly and efficiently and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional. The customer service was great although slightly miss leading with regards to timings of when I was expected to receive the tank (again not entirely the companies fault)Over all very happy with the fish tank and would use Rocket Aquatics again

I have tried to order from this company on 2 different occasions, and neither of the items turned up in the 1-2 days delivery window.At the first time I ordered a fish tank on Monday as I was planning to set it up that weekend. On Thursday I decided to call them to get an update, as I have not received a dispatch notice about the item.The lady on the phone claimed that they only had 1 of the tank in stock and sadly they found on inspection that it was broken, so decided to order another one from the supplier but that will take about 2 weeks to be delivered for me. BUT if I am not happy with this solution, they are happy to offer me another product, that is currently in stock.I find it very weird that reading others' reviews here this seems to be a very common excuse for not delivering tanks...Anyway, I did not accept a replacement and asked my money to be refunded. Ended up ordering from another site the same day and the tank was delivered the next day. Only positive point about Rocket Aquatics is that they at least indeed sent me my money back.On the second occasion I have ordered a mini filter from them which was also listed as in stock. The same thing happened as before - after 2 working days I decided to contact them (this time via email) to get an update about the filter. To my surprise the item was out of stock again, but I was offered to be sent another item that is actually in stock... Again I refused and asked for a refund.So all in all the Real Time Stock Reporting on their website is a scam, and they actually have a very low stock of certain items only which they will try to offer as a replacement for you, in case you take the time and try to contact them to get an update about your order. If you won't contact them you will probably only receive your item in about 2-3 weeks, but definitely not in 1-2 working days!UPDATE: Rocket Aquatics has just contacted me with the following email:We note your comments on Trustpilot and can assure you that we have been trying our best to resolve the problem and have today at last managed to collect an AquaEl Pat Mini Filter from the importers by insisting that they double checked their stock (which was showing zero). We spent some time in their warehouse and eventually found one.Your refund has already been processed and we don't wish to cause you any more inconvenience

Worse experience ever! I ordered a fish tank after a few days i used their contact form to ask when it would be dispatched. I got a reply apologising and saying it would be dispatched early this week by next day delivery. So i wait and nothing not even an email. So i contact them again to cancel. I get a reply asking why as it would have been dispatched in 2 days. So first they lied the first time about when it would be dispatched and second it should be obvious why. Don't advertise 1-2 delivery if you can't do it. I recommend to everyone they should avoid this company at all cost unless you want to keep chasing them up and want to wait a long time for your items.

Ordered two items paid for special courier. Only one item delivered, no notification of when the missing item will follow.Tried calling on several occasions always on voice mail and e mailed even more times with no response despite their promise of a prompt response.

I drove 45 miles to visit Rocket Aquatics in order to buy something I desperately needed today. My sat nav unexpectedly took me to a residential address.I called to ask for directions to the shop to be told that they are an internet only company and although they do sell to visiting customers, it can only be done by appointment.Nowhere on their website does it state that the published address is not a shop, or that paying customers must make an appointment to visit.In the end I took my business elsewhere to a relatively close company just outside of Henlow.Poor show Rocket Aquatics, poor show!

Always use rocket aquatic to get my filter pads. Needed a new bulb for my tank and didn't have a clue. Phoned and spoke to a very helpful lady. She got it spot on.

Worst experience ever, 6 days for 1-2 day deliver, customer service appalling, was told to wait till after theyd had lunch before they would find my missing parcel. turns out they never sent it then lied there was a delay! asked to be called back with update ended up chasing the company constantly, terrible terrible experience!!!
