When to Nail It for the first time yesterday. Had manicure and gels. Received an unhurried service. They did a very tidy professional job and did exactly what I asked for. Will be returning here. Would certainly recommend.

When I arrived I had my own long nails shaped to how I liked them.I had looked forward to the growth in nails being trimmed back and filed back into the shape I had arrived with, having a change in colour and some sparkle thrown in.I was asked how much I wanted taken off and the shape. The trim was fine but the filing into shape was not. I stopped her three times as I knew from how she was filing my nails the length and shape could never be achieved. She either did not listen or comprehend what I wanted. By the third time it was way too late. She had totally destroyed the length and the shape bared no resemblance to when I arrived. (This is the second time the same person has destroyed the length and shape of my own nails)Consequently the colour and sparkle I envisaged for a special event would never be.I was told nails grow.True nails do grow but they require time which will be too late for the occasion.The finish was as usual excellent from the professionals (but not what I envisaged) hence the one star but from the time I arrived to my departure there was no feeling of being valued as a paying customer.I arrived with anticipation and left totally dissatisfied.Customer loyalty cards are a moot point if you cannot achieve customer satisfaction.As it stands I really detest the length and shape of my nails and can't wait to get them changed as soon as possible.

I went in today to get some acrylic nails, due to many years of bitting nails. My nails were really bad and bleeding so was Abit anxious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure that my nails were done to perfection. They understood my nails were sore and some bleeding and they took care in applying the acrylics on. I cannot fault this place it's a hidden gem ❤️ will definitely be going back soon.
