Was sold a faulty power steering pump that's gone after 1 year, 3 year warranty on it but wouldn't honour it because a different garage is fitting it.The original garage are useless so why would I go back to them again!!Disgraceful, don't care attitude.

It's good to have a budget car parts supplier in town as their range is quite good and prices are much better than EuroCarParts. For example the head gasket I bought today was discounted to £45 and it would have been over £80 at ECP. I was let down by a slow online parts supplier - AutoDoc and GSF meant I could go and pick up the gasket straight away and get on with the job instead of waiting a week to sort out the wrong gasket Autodoc had sent.Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Their range of more brand specialised parts is not that good but regular parts have good availability. I wanted a high pressure fuel pipe for a very common diesel engine (used by Peugeot, Citroen, Toyota, Ford, Renault etc) and they couldn't get one.
