I have been using this dry cleaners for years and they are very friendly and provide a great service with a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service. Linda sorted my shirt when I was in a last minute rush and her turn around time was unbelievable. She's a kind soul and looked after me when I was in need. A wonderful lady with great knowledge of the city if you're a tourist like myself, some great local knowledge can be found here. Keep doing what you're doing because you made my day!

Got some awful stains out of a second hand dress for me - looks brand new!

Lack of customer care. I live across the road and as a local who passes this place daily, today was the day I needed to get a coat dry cleaned after I spilled sauce over it.I walked in and explained to the woman (short haired, blonde) that I’ve not been to a dry cleaners before, since I’ve never needed anything dry cleaned but thought it would be required in this circumstance with my coat (hoping she would be helpful and advise what’s involved within her services etc).I explained that my coat had sauce spilled down it and I just needed it cleaned. She just instantly said “we can’t guarantee it will come out” and I asked what’s the process and she said she said “it goes in a machine with chemicals and stuff”. I explained that’s fine if for some odd reason it doesn’t come out, maybe she’s just covering her back?However, surely as a dry cleaners you would expect some reassurance or some knowledge from the staff as to how they would best get the stain out!? (It’s a dark green north face coat which some watery Mayo spilled down it, surely it’s not that hard). She didn’t even try to provide some helpful information.I showed her the stain on the coat after she already told me she can’t guarantee anything, and I could probably sponge clean the coat myself if I really wanted but thought I would seek a professional to do it. I’m just so surprised how she didn’t apply any of her skills or knowledge and before I even showed her the stain she tells me she can’t guarantee it would come out, without knowing what she was dealing with in the first place.If she explained the process involved from the start with cleaning the coat and a, by the way we cannot guarantee it will definitely come out, then I may have used the service. However due to her attitude and lack of helpfulness I decided I would take my custom elsewhere.I decided I would find another dry cleaners who is friendly, informative and cares about their service. It’s probably hard to gauge from this review, however her tone and attitude was just rude and she clearly didn’t need the business.As someone who works in the professional service sector in Leeds, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve experienced. Please be more helpful and informative to your customers! Existing and new.

I brought in a two piece suit, two dress shirts and a dress with lace for cleaning. The prices advertised are £13.5 for one suit, £2.5 for one dress shirt and £11 for a dress. When leaving the items, I clearly asked how much I would be charged and was told approximately £30 (matching the £29.5 estimate from the advertised prices reported above).When I came to pick them up, I was asked to pay £80! I asked twice and mentioned I was told I would pay about £30 and, under mild protest, the shopkeeper made an outstanding" gesture: he knocked the price off to £70. The dress then costed £51.5 (including discount)

Have been using this place for years, the staff are very welcoming and very understanding to. They have been open 47 years so you can tell the quality of the job they do from that! The prices are hard to beat and if you have and questions their happy to help. I would highly recommend this place! They also do amazing jobs with moncler and Canada goose coats, not many dry cleaners will touch them.highly Recommend!

I can't praise this place highly enough. I needed a men's suit cleaned very quickly and they were happy to oblige - much quicker than normal. There was a minor issue with getting the suit back in time from them but it was rectified very quickly and I was charged nothing. I don't live in Leeds but if I did I'd be using this firm regularly - I recommend you do, too!

Got stains out of white shirts I couldn't remove at home with supermarket stain remover.Really professional and friendly service too.Wonderful place.

Brilliant 10 years ago we used them to dry clean our curtains on a narrowboat we went back last week same chap in the shop very helpful and at least still in business would highly recommend there services
