I had a great experience here. I was seen quite close to my appointment time and was treated very well by the reception staff and the doctor. A nice, clean facility with friendly people and a doctor who got me sorted right away. Can't ask for more than that! Highly recommended!

I have been going to this surgery for years now and the staff are all great, very few times have i had any problems and the one's i have aren't worth mentioning. They are very busy with appointments and you will find you usually will need to book weeks in advance. But the all doctors / nurses and receptionists are very friendly, there has been only 1 receptionist their that would be classed as rude over the years but the rest are brilliant and i rate the service very highly. Overall great practice and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a surgery in the area .

Totally rude and disrespectful, they mistreat mental ill people, behave authoritarian and will cross you of the list if you try to stand your ground. They don't care about more experience specialist expertise submitted in letter, they know better. Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Waiting times are insane. Avoid this place, it only looks decent, but those docs shouldn't even be vets, unqualified and arrogant

A great practice. The receptionists are very nice, and both the doctors I have encountered so far are great as well. The wait time for an appointment has been around 1 to 1.5 weeks, in my experience. Very nice atmosphere, due to the building clearly being a former residential house it does not feel clinical.

I needed an emergency prescription - this practice falls way short of their duty of care to patients. They fobbed me off saying my English GP should email a prescription - even I know that NHS England and NHS Scotland have incompatible services. If I kill myself this weekend then this practice should know that they could have prevented it. And you know what, I probably will.

Very nice and friendly. Keen to help. Dr's and nurses always put you at ease. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work to all the staff at this surgery.

I have been with this practice since 1976 when it was actually in Hamilton place. I have also entrusted them with the care of my Son who has had type 1 Diabetes since he was 2 years old.The people who work there, without exception, have always presented as professional yet friendly, and willing to help.There are always going to be times when the Surgery is under a lot of pressure and have to prioritise, therefore patients will not always get an appointment when they want one, but those that really do need one, will get one.My own Doctor, Frank Charleston is always willing to listen to my concerns and take time to explain what’s happening in terms that are as jargon free as possible, ensuring I understand the situation and all relevant advice.

Was dumped here after Carden closed. Have never seen a GP despite having two serious, life-altering and permanent conditions. Spoke to one on the phone about a fit note, that's the nearest I've got. Nurse practitioner is a diamond and all but one member of the reception team are professional although when I was waiting to see the nurse yesterday a man of advanced years and poor hearing was trying to have a very simple conversation with the receptionist and she was rude, practically shouting his private medical history for all to hear when she should have come out from her bunker and found somewhere quiet to speak to the man without us all listening in. I hope he got his blood-thinning drug.

You might even get registered if your postcode fits! Wouldn't waste your time if you're looking for a new gp.

Would give lower if I could. Terrible surgery and the least compassionate Drs anywhere, even the practice manager has no compassion
