Worst company i have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Expensive sealed units, bad fitters caused damage and installed badly, Manager that will argue rather than resolve his customer issue. Sent out 2nd guy to resolve issue and just tried to whitewash the problem with science.

Rang to enquire about some replacements and was promised a call back in 24 hrs. Has now been a Week. Person i spoke to couldn't have been less interested in assisting me.

They cancelled my window fitting appointment 2 weeks ago on the day of the appointment. They came today,Said they hadn't got my window after looking in their van, they said oh it must have been that one that we left behind because it was cracked! I'm very angry. I Cancelled the job. Don't use this company they're a waste of time!
