Some of the most friendly & wonderful customer service I have received. My manicure is lovely and so our my eyebrows. My beautician paid so much attention to detail and really took her time which was appreciated. I live an hour away and will definitely make the trip to come back .

I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked into this very smart salon. My therapist was extremely good, professional and attentive explaining every step of my treatment. My whole experience was excellent, this was one of the best facials I have ever had, I would not hesitate to recommend The Luxe Studio.

I purchased a Groupn Voucher for a fafacila and massge and my appointment was on May 26th 2023. I was so pleased with the customer serivce and when I asked for an addtional ( leg wax) we talked through how we could do this . The bottom line is the facial was one of the best I have ever had, the neck back and shoulder swedish massage did exaclty what I wanted it to. Holly was my therapist and she talked me through everything . I will certainly be returning and I would recommend this salon to any oneThank you so much Holly

I visited today for a Swedish massage and eyebrow thread and tint.It is a beautiful venue, and they offer a wide variety of treatments. I had my eyebrows done first. The lady was attentive and clearly wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the overall outcome. I was pleased with them and am curious to try the henna brows next time.The treatment room for the massage was beautiful, and they offered the personal touch of a drink, which was lovely. The massage was wonderful. The lady was firm and repeatedly checked in to make sure I was comfortable.The only niggle I have is that the venue is small, even with the music on I could hear the conversations of everyone outside the room. At one point, someone dropped something on the floor, which startled me. I found it difficult to relax with so much background noise but understand that it is difficult in a small space.

My friend and I had a fantastic experience. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly. Our treatments were amazing. Will definitely be visiting again
