The team at Tower have done such an excellent job for us. They have installed a boiler, replaced all the plumbing system in the house and installed two new bathroom suits. The hot water and heating system is now much more efficient.

Best plumbing and heating company round here by far. I don’t give ratings lightly but after years of doing jobs for me and my family, I can’t thank them enough. Superb workmanship, not beaten on price but just a great bunch of people. Full heating jobs to emergency plumbing.Other companies should take a look and see how they do it!Thanks Tower Plumbing.

My partner ad a whole system fitted by Tower Plumbing & Heating.She had a strange issue, where the boiler would cut off. Someone came out to and fixed the issue, the issue wasn't caused by the system but was caused by our smart meter.The engineer didn't have to help as it wasn't their products or services that had caused the issue, however they sorted the issue and stayed around for a short while to make sure the issue was gone.The engineer even gave us some advice on using the system to get a warm house while saving money.I don't give reviews lightly, I only give them when I think they are deserved.Please don't use anyone else, use Tower Plumbing & Heating. Absolutely great company and amazing engineers who are honest and trustworthy.

Had a guy come out to quote for a complete new heating system , boiler and all new radiators, expensive job, then waited 2 weeks for the quotation which I accepted. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for anybody to come back to me to give me a start date , Shane seems to make no effort , I have emailed and phoned them many times and still got no where!.I have now taken my business elsewhere, I would not recommend this company to anybody. The lady who answers the phone is very aggressive when she speaks to you, it's almost like you are an inconvenience to her.
