Never seems to have much on the shelves for various flea treatments or shampoos except trendy and novelty junk. Struggled to find any flea shampoo for my dog and had to go elsewhere. The range of dog meat is also very limited to trendy and overpriced brands.

We attended an animal care workshop with our Cub Scout pack. The two members of staff were really patient with our Cubs, explained what was going to happen, talked about animal care, asked the Cubs questions about their knowledge. We also got to pet some animals. The staff were careful to make sure the animals were happy and comfortable. The Cubs also got to feed the fish.This was a great workshop for us to help us work towards our animal carer badge.

Me and my partner bought our first rabbit from here. It was an exciting time for us as we had prepared for weeks. Though, when we were going through with the purchase, I advised that we had a cage from PAH that said online suitable for guinea pigs and rabbits. The two lady staff members were adamant that a rabbit could not be homed in one. It's a bit contradictory to say it is in black and bold on the website. I hold a grudge walking into this store now.

Very well priced appliances. For example large rabbit/guinea pig hutches only £35. They sell rats, guinea pigs and rabbits. They sell fish and reptiles. The rabbits are £45 and the guinea pigs are £25. Well looked after and a variety of types to choose from. Really cute and fluffy! I took a particular liking to a rabbit I named Floppy. Bought all the stuff for my pets from there. Good range of products. On one occasion I did witness a family being refused a sale of a rabbit. The little boy was in tears. I told them to go elsewhere to purchase one. I hope the little boy got one.
