Tried jeans on instore to find my size. Ordered them online due to loyalty voucher. Pair arrives and they are a totally different size. I bring them instore to measure them against two other 'identical sized' jeans. All three are different, one was just over 5cm longer than the shortest one (all supposed to be 34 leg). The waist of my purchased pair was 2cm wider than the other two. I can't exchange them instore for a pair that fits because I bought them online. I can get a refund

Went in there today with my wife and meet mun mun apologies If this is not the correct spelling but what a star simple a credit to your company great advise so helpful we really felt appreciated 2 pairs of jeans bought and there even having them taken up for us great service

Terrible service at the till even when the shop was not busy. I left what I was going to buy and went next door. Shame, such a nice shop.
