Really helpful staff who went out of their way to help resolve an error on the referral form which caused a delay in undertaking the CT scan. They were very apologetic despite this not being their error.

The ease of finding the premises was very simple. Lots of buses and tubes nearby. Staff all greeted you professionally and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. The technician was wonderful, smiling sharing a joke or two but with absolute professionalism and care. My scan took 20 seconds and was with my dentist the same day. Excellent service

Having dentures for the past twelve years have taken away my confidence and quite alot of happiness in life so getting implants has been a dream of mine for the last twelve years. The staff from Ground Floor main reception to Lower Ground Floor we both clear, kind and concise. The radiographer was excellent chatting to me about the process, checking and re-taking the image as I moved and then going through everything with me. Excellent service and the images arrived at the dentist today and I have an appointment on Monday to review so all round 100%.
