Advertise walk in covid vaccine but close walk-ins without notice. Please either book or check before spending money on a journey only to be turned away.

Thank you to all the staff at Acorn Health Care. I work away from home and have been struggling to get my covid jab, I called in yesterday on chance and was leaving within half an hour having had my first jab. I was amazed how well organised and efficient your hub is. All of your staff from greeting at the front door to exiting the building was so polite and helpful they are an absolute credit to the NHS. Thank you so much.

My husband and I have been for both vaccinations at Acorn and we were very impressed by the care and professionalism of all in attendance. From the marshalls in the car park to the nurse who gave us our jabs we were treated with complete dignity and respect. Thank you all.

I wouldn’t give a star if I could ! My son has been referred to neuropediatric team by his nursery school and health visitor ! As they told he suffers from Autism disorder ! They have booked 3 appointments over 9 months periodAnd all those appointment have been cancelled by their team with no reason ! And always saying it will be arranged ! Clearly notAnswering the phones and just asking us to leave voicemails ! Nothing is done ! They do not care about ppl! He should start being follow by the therapist so he can be ableTo talk in future and develop really disappointed with their service providedPlease he is just a child and need attention we want him to have the sessions and help him in everyway we can but u just keep cancelling appointments with no reasons

Went for my covid jab and turned up, ample parking was available (and free) and plenty of staff to direct people were to go. Loads of social distancing as well as hand sanitising stations throughout the centre. I turned up for my appointment and was seen straight away and the two members of staff who administered my jab were brilliant, the whole process took less than 5 minutes.

Dr Ford is the best doctor. She is very friendly and helpful.

I received a leaflet drop invitine me to get my seasonal booster. I went down and there was a massive queue for both appointments and walk ins. I was told the wait would be at least 2 hours. Very poorly managed. If they can't cope with walk ins, why offer them?

I started third in the automated phone queue almost an hour ago,It states online...live now...not busy? why...Clearly not correct.Systems not suitable for purpose.1 star is as low as i could score.44 minutes to get to 1 in the queue and still here...My honest opinion is register with another practice...Useless hopeless waste of time. My real score is minus 10.An hour past now... still listening to usual mind numbing electronic blah...Expecting to be cut off any minute...1 hour and 10 minutes. I give up...anymore of that electronic blah and i will be reaching for an overdose...Goodbye cruel world...or is it just...Acorn Primary Health Care Trust. Patients Charter. Ridiculous....
