Alka’a service was really good! She helped me find what products i needed for my bridal shower and was so sweet! As a manager, she went above and beyond. Such an amazing sweet & kind person. edit- 25 may- I booked in and today NOBODY Was at the counter, no manager was available to speak and I now have nobody to do my brows before I go away tomorrow. But you have the cheek to send me reminders constantly to make my appointment?Absolutely fuming that I’ve been stood here for 20 minutes and not a soul is around with an answer. UnreliableSarah at John Lewis Oxford street is amazing. Brilliant eyebrows every time, I always receive fantastic service

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Sadia yesterday evening and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Sadia gave great customer service and did such an amazing job on my eyebrows! If your brows are in need of a good ol’ tidy up, I couldn’t recommended this brow bar more ☺️

I went to the john lewis benefit brow bar on thursday 24th august as i had my first night away without my children, so thought i would get my brows done. I met Alka who was doing my brows, all i can say is she is the loveliest lady! We had a nice conversation, she really wanted to help me feel good about myself. She done my brows and I couldn't get over how lovely they looked! I highly recommend! I come from brighton but i know travelling to see Alka will be worth getting my brows done when needed! Sarah did my brows today and she was wonderful, she did a great job. I was nervous as I have very sensitive skin and she was so careful. If you go to the John Lewis benefit make sure you book Sarah! She was fabulous!!!

Charlotte was absolutely amazing. Lovely young lady , easy to talk to , made me feel relaxed and just a lovely person. Helped sort out my awful eyebrows after months of neglect walked away very happy . Will 100% be back and hopefully will be lucky enough to get Charlotte to do them again.
