I don't even know where to start. This company have been terrible from the minute we signed up with them. Now we are leaving them, we have another world of pain to get out of all of the contracts they have tied us up in knots with. To give just a few examples of the service level we received - we ordered a new handset to be delivered to our Leeds office, bearing in mind that Lily are based in Leeds. The handset was delivered to an office in Bradford that we haven't occupied in 4 years. They couldn't order another handset until that one had been collected but, low and behold, the phone was nowhere to be found. After many phone calls and a lot of chasing we managed to get a new handset after 4 weeks!!! Had I have known, I would have driven the 3 miles to collect one from their office. We have found out today that Lily entered in to an agreement with Siemens to lease our telephones and even though we have provided Lily with adequate notice to terminate our contract with them, they haven't provided the notice required to Siemens so we have been hit with another 90 day penalty. I am still waiting for breakdowns of termination fees despite these being asked for numerous times. But, they insist on sending payment reminders to us to settle our bill. The customer service is appalling and the billing is astronomical. In a market where prices are rapidly increasing, I would advise AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We use Lily for our IT support at work and a minor inconvenience that has been annoying me for some weeks got the better of me today so I raised a support ticket.Today was a perfect day because I can't always raise a ticket during the week as they are always quite fast and reply within a few hours so I have to wait for a day when I am not teaching and can take their call.The support engineer that was assigned to sort it out was Kealen and he phoned me the same day I put the ticket in and resolved my problem.

We transferred our custom to Lily Comms a couple of months ago and have been very happy with the level of service provided. The initial set up and training on the new phones was done in person which allowed for a smooth change over from our previous system. The customer support after install is also very good as it is easy to get in contact with them either by phone or email and they are always quick to respond. Overall we are happy with our move to Lily Comms.

Continued Problems – Avoid - Avoid - AvoidWe continue to have issues with Lily Comms, having requested contact end dates in March this year we are STILL awaiting them! – we have discussed with around 6 people within Lily’s business each time empty promises were provided. Spoken to Complaints, Customer Services, Head of Sales, Head of IT Sales (happy to sell to us but not to talk after!) & Accounts Manager so far….There is little to no Customer Services within the business, call and you get an Account Manager who gives no information whatsoever other than further empty promises!Cancel your DD and they soon get in touch!! – but only to chase the bills and ask why we have cancelled the Direct Debit! not to fix the rest of the account! Poor service and a lack of interest in our business has caused us to move on – I would suggest you do the same!! Also, be careful of contact rollovers as per lots of other reviews which are buried!!

Richard came today to sort our phone system out today. He was very professional and helpful throughout his visit going above and beyond to explain things to us. I am now happy to use our phones and confident that when i transfer a call it will transfer and not just hang up ! Also being able to update our directory ourselves is a massve plus as previously we had to call our provider to do it.All in all Thanks Richard !

Terrible company to deal with - tying you up into 'rollover' contracts that you receive no notice for (and have staff admit on the phone its 'how they keep customers') shambolic customer service, at one point a server update with 'no downtime' ended up quite the opposite which affected the function of the office, this caused a massive amount of stress and our business to receive complaints. Another example is a complete farce getting a phone delivered to an office we had not occupied for 4 years, this phone would have even passed our current office to get there!Cutting ties with this company has been a laborious ordeal in itself, having to constantly chase for accurate information, I imagine this is a tactic to ground their former customers into the ground, to make even more of a miserable profit by stonewalling.If you want to be completely ripped off and receive a sub par service, then LilyComms is the company for you. Avoid like the plague.

Lily ConAvoid this company like the plague . Absolutely awful to deal with.We truly believed the process of transferring from our current provider BT to Lilly Con because that is what you should be called would be a smooth process. It was at the beginning but as the weeks have gone by this transfer process has gotten worse resulting in customer complaints on no WiFi signal.Cutting off our landline today is an absolute disgrace , unethical and illegal!You were warned but you ignored repeatedly the urgency on a very legitimate case we have on the invoicing you claim we haven’t paid dated 17/5/23You claim we owe another £1308 despite the fact we have paid you via Best Western over £2,000 for installation, maintenance and equipment to our premises.Under no circumstances did you once mention or send in writing that there was an additional charge when we left Best Western , but you were very quick to get us signed up on a 5 year deal.Investigate all you like Katie, however you missed the deadline today and continue to cause severe disruption to our business.Our solicitors are now getting involved on your false pretences and unjust invoices !

These are the absolute worst!They never wanted to help me when I had issues during covid and did nothing but demand moneyI explained I needed to downgrade my packages and they wouldn’t entertain it.I had no choice but to switch to another provider, costing under £50pcmLily were charging me almost £200pcmFast forward, I’m now having to pay them £630 a month - as they’ve threatened to take action against me which will ultimately result in them taking from my businessThey’re crooks!Stay the hell away from themThey’re not interested in helping you when you need them, they’re just after what money they can scrape from us!I signed up to Lily right before covid hit and then I was faced with my shops closing down due to lockdowns - the only arrangements they allowed were a months bill spread over 3 payments but all bills thereafter must be on time which effectively was even worse as I had even more debt to worry about !Terminated the contract last September and they’ve been horrific ever since billing me £6000 to end the contract and making me pay it over 6 months!Some may be thinking “ at least you got a payment arrangement “Yea that may be so but where were they when we needed the help during covid? They were too busy sending out threatening notices - and now since finding another provider, I’m worse off for doing so due to how much I’m having to pay this cowboy company !Please stay well away from them! You’ll honestly regret it!
