Was referred by 111 the pharmacist was extremely helpful phoned my grandmother's doctor surgery to get her the prescription by the evening time and phoned me back to numerous times to let me know what was happening through the process couldn't recommend enough

Had a prescription sent by out of hours as needed medication urgently, spoke to pharmacy at 1030 pm said it had not come thru , but that he would ring me back ! He never did! I visited pharmacy but it was all shut up , tried ringing numerous times and left messages but got NO response.Nedd medication as going away early morning but not at all happy with the service and have no medication
