Was not happy with the service I recieved customer service matters I expected to be offered more than 2 hotels to choose from having called in twice I got the impression they thought I was a time waster which I am not I wanted to support my local travel agent as I have done in the pastSo I booked direct with jet2 and was given great service nothing was to much troubleI now have a 5 star holiday booked in October 2023
