Never met someone so rude. Within 10 seconds of walking into the store my wife and I were rudely asked by an aging man can i help you? " it appears some form of profiling may have taken place. Didnt feel welcomed at all. I went in to purchase garlic oil that i did spent over £35 but given the poor customer service i should have gone somewhere else. I would give a score of zero if i could. To top it off there was no thank you after i made the sales transaction. It seems he was doing us a favour!"

The worst customer service and rudest staff I’ve ever seen like seriously a great company like this shouldn’t hire people with no manners and no professionalism. Also the lady with short hair cut and glasses was eating in shop floor and when I asked for help she acted so bad and carry on eating her banana.. then the girl with tattoos and orange hair ignored me and decided to finish the conversation with the bald head man. I don’t recommend no one to go there it’s ridiculous.

As a PT and Registered exercise of professionals for the UK I've been a customer of Holland and Barrett for 20+ years for my sports supplements. Yesterday was my first time at the Swan Centre Branch, I came with my nephew and 2 children. The lady with the short hair and glasses kept starring at us and even at one point I could tell by her body language she was talking about us to her colleague. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn't purchase what I came to purchase. She was keeping an eye on my kids as if do they are going to steal. Never have I've been indirectly felt insulted anywhere like this. Even the man working there abruptly said can I help you!" I would never come here again and advice anyone with children not to take their children with them and they don't like you looking around."

Some of the staff are great. Others are painfully slow and unhelpful. Decent selection of products but missing a few key Vegan essentials such as nutritional yeast.

Worst service I have ever received from a company. No form of apology been given or any way to rectify issue. Order was delayed by over a week even though was a guaranteed delivery date according to the delivery method selected. Would never order to this store again.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I bought a lip balm, which turned out had already been opened and used, although I didn't notice this as there was a security sticker over the lid. When I realised (after I removed the sticker) I took it back to exchange it. They refused because it wasn't policy and basically accused me of doing it myself! Wholly rude and won't shop there again.

I’m a regular customer at H&B love coming to browse and getting my favourites, todays experience was exceptional all thanks to the amazing Tahnee she was so informative and very knowledgable on all the products they had. Tahnee was able to give me good recommendations according to my dietary needs as well as health requirements. I left the store with many products for both me and my daughter and was very satisfied due to Tahnee giving me her time In store. Definitely will be coming back after my vitamin’s finish.

I love this branch. They have great deals on random items, so I go in for lavender essential oil and come out with a kilo of crunchy peanut butter, a chocolate melting ball with marshmallows inside for the perfect hot chocolate and some hydrating socks.Staff are friendly, just not in your face.

Went in today to buy two boxes of minor figures oat milk which I can only get from either Holland and Barrett or Amazon and was met by an older guy with glasses and a bald head who rudely told me “you’ll have to order it online, we don’t carry that much stock”. Bearing in mind there was only one bottle left on the shelf. I hope he’s not the manager as his attitude is appalling, won’t return purely due to this experience.
