I ordered a bouncy castle for my daughter’s party. I called before booking and the person I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. I had a tight window for the bouncy castle drop off and collection due to the times I had the hall booked, they were really accommodating and the castle was dropped off and collected at perfect times.

We hired a castle from BB Castle Hire at very short notice (3 days) for a fundraiser we were holding. Communication was fantastic, staff were so friendly and supportive and we received an excellent service all round. Delivery was spot on and staff were courteous about our event times and worked around us to ensure that little disruption occurred to the day overall! second year of hiring from them after giving it another go, rude service stomp through my garden say nothing and just instantly take the bouncy castle down without telling children. When dropping off the woman was waving her arms around in a strop because she couldn’t be bothered to just use her manners and ask for the electricity source . Terrible service won’t use again didn’t even offer any discount after being a returning customer because of the cost of living, surely that is even more reason to help out people. No?

Hired a disco dome for my daughter's birthday. Lee was really accommodating at getting an early set up for a party. All really good and friendly staff. Had a slight issue with the Bluetooth cutting out for the music which was rectified after a phone call but we had to keep resetting it a few times which was a little annoying. Overall a great product & company and the kids had a fab time. Would definitely use again!

Castle and penalty shoot out were great. We had a slight issue with where to put shoot out. Which got fixed due to myself and the venue owner getting involved. However the delivery lady showed very little customer service skills. Our family and the venue manager and staff all agreed she came off rude and abrupt. And there was no need to be that way. Was picked up 5 minutes early, which wasn’t a major issue but then she didn’t have the decency to acknowledge us or say thank you or even goodbye.So yes the equipment was fine. The experience was not.

Great bouncy castle and was very much enjoyed by all the kids! We hired the football bouncy castle, it arrived early and was picked up late (which was fab as it meant extra bouncing times for the kids!), very efficient with setting up too.
