Had them find me a tenant for a house , each time there was a problem they referred everything back to me , effectively asking me to resolve tenant's issues.All they wanted to do was collect the rent deduct their fees , pay rest to me.At the end of the tenancy their exit inventory procedure was appalling, it was never done properly and as a result I lost money as they lodged the deposit with the scheme,but there was damaged to the property which the tenant caused, for which the tenant was never held accountable.They are a small outfit with ideas way above their station , and that Greg , the owner never sorts anything out and is cheeky and rude to people.Jackie at the best of times is very economical with the facts and truth.

Used to be a tenant. The repair lead time was 3 weeks or more even for emergencies even long before the pre COVID times. . Caused a quite a lot of stress and inconvenience to me. Upon contacting them, they were not at all responsive to the situations.

Absolute best estate agents I have ever come across. I have now sold 2 properties with them after initially being referred to them by a friend who had used them and had a great experience. I don't plan on ever using anywhere else now for future moves. Both Jacqui and Greg are lovely to deal with, and made me feel at ease especially when my last flat sale was a little more complicated than I had previously encountered.I highly recommend them!!
