I recently purchased my Mercedes GLA from James at Albion car sales , it was exactly what I had asked for , the car was immaculate inside and out and I have received excellent before and after service since buying the car.Nothing was too much trouble for James.A pleasure to deal with , polite and courteous at all times , I will definitely return to James in the future should I wish to upgrade my vehicle

STAY AWAY!!!M4 7aj Albion car salesWhere do I begin. I saw the ad online and pictures looked good, the car was clean, the description was spot on and had all the right things, great MOT history and full service history.Went to see the vehicle and this is where it went down hill, one of the employees was using it for there own personal use and it was stuff to the brim with rubbish, I couldn't see inside the vehicle very well so I had to go by the picture.Viewing was by appointment, so you think they would tidy it up.Also there was a nice chip on the screen that wasn't in the pictures and all thewheels where all scuffed, where as they were spotless in the picture.The good news was I was told this would be fixed. So I went ahead and bought the vehicle.After agreeing a finance value this was not the case as the finance was a lot higher than what was agreed.There was no full services history, but I trusted my gut as the Mot history was flawless. I was told the car had been serviced yet after a couple of days the service warning light came on. Took it to my mechanic and he told me it had not been serviced.When waiting for the finance they wouldn’t clean the car till payment had gone through, but you would think keeping your cars in clean condition on the forecourt would be standard. Basically the car was still filthy inside and was riddled with gauges and scuff marks that where not visible in the pics.My guess is that these were newly done as the car inside looked a tip when I viewed it initially.The guy I dealt with was very wimsical as he didn’t give straight answers.The car is nice but I probably wouldn’t buy from here again, but aren’t all car dealers dodgy.The main issue is that you should be selling as advertised.P.S. mileage was 1000 miles more than advertised.Issues with the car after purchase, dodgy gear box and faulty AC.After sales is atrocious.

First of all, James was an absolute delight to deal with. The process was smooth and seamless throughout. I started off by calling many finance companies and dealers to get s new car. No one was offering me a deal let alone the deal James was able to get me. The cars I was looking at were nowhere near the standard to which James had found. James treats you more than a customer and was able to tailor his service to my needs, he was able to find the car I wanted in the exact same spec I wanted at a more than reasonable price. Even though I'm from London and he's 200miles away in Manchester, he was more than able to get the whole deal sorted over the phone and had the car ready for collection on the Saturday he promised. The car was found within 3 days and picked up in 4 days after 3 months of trying with other dealers. I was taken aback by the service and treatment by James and he sets a great example for that's the company does. If I could, I would definitely give more than 5 stars as the service and the product, were more than wonderful. I will be back in 4 years to trade this car in and take advantage of the next awesome deal. Thank you, James!

I have recently started dealing with the team at Albion for all my corporate car and van requirements , they have slashed our monthly outgoings compared to previous deals and the vehicles have all been absolutely spot on ! My credit history is absolutely horrible. I live in London and with ULEZ on the cards, I was at my wits end. Until I started making enquiries. I came across this company, put the in an application for finance. Within 24 hrs I had a call from Liam. Lay the cards on the table about my credit history etc. and I had the most pleasant surprise in store. Liam was totally honest on what I can get. On Friday 14th April, I went from London to Altrincham to deliver my 2010 diesel insignia and collect my 2016 Ford Kuga all valeted and polished. Beautiful car. The trip was worth it. Met both James and Liam. Two of the nicest and pleasant guys. They will be my go to guys for cars in the future.Thank you both for putting up with my questions etc. And for all your help.

Omg!! That was great experience I ever had! I was looking for very specific car, and I am single mum of two young kids, so is a bit annoying to go from one to another sales car. I gave just one call to James and in two hours everything happened! 3 days later I get my car! And guess what, he delivered to me!! For a free! Sounds as a miracle but its true! It was my pleasure to meet you Will and James. World needs more of you guys...Thanks Maria
