It is exhilarating training! You will be pushed to your best. Don't come if your not prepared to give it your all! because this will work everything.I haven't even had the chance to take part in all of the classes.. do to current circumstances.. but I am majorly obsessed.such a spectacular place. Beautiful atmosphere and people... I resonate with this place and shall carry on training here as soon as its possible. I recommend it to anybody who wants to achieve to be there best self.

Showed up at Valhalla first time seriously over weight and seriously unfit. Changed my life and lost over 10 stone. Genuinely a potentially life changing place with some amazing people! Can’t wait to get back after a golden retriever related injury

Incredible place to train. A bit unorthodox in the best way and an absolute blast if you're bored of regular gyms! Friendly trainers and gorgeous merchandise to boot. Go be a real Viking!
